You are wanted here.

Elders pour out all year. This weekend is built so we can pour into each other. Old friends, new friends, real conversation, and enough room in the schedule to actually have it.

Saturday night

Hoe-down and bull ridin'.

Saturday evening trades the conference room for boots and a mechanical bull. Bring your Western wear. Yes, all of it.

What to pack for it

  • Boots, hat, and a shirt with pearl snaps if you have one
  • Something you can move in for the hoe-down
  • A camera. Somebody is getting on that bull.

Questions elders actually ask.

Who is the retreat for?
ICOC elders and their spouses. Registration has a selection for men and one for women, each $225, and the early bird code has a couple rate, so register both of you in one order.
Is the hotel included in the $225?
No. Registration covers the retreat program. Rooms at the Hilton Fort Worth Downtown are $192 plus tax per night and are booked separately through the room block link, which is coming soon. The hotel cutoff is Thursday, March 18, 2027.
How do I use the early bird discount?
Enter the code EARLY BIRD when you register. It takes $10 off an individual registration or $20 off a couple, and it expires January 31, 2027.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes for the sessions. For Saturday night bring your Western wear: boots, a hat, whatever you have. There is a hoe-down and a mechanical bull, so dress for both.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Add the passenger van shuttle to your registration for $25 per person per trip, or compare rideshare, train, and rental options on Rome2rio. Downtown Fort Worth is about 30 minutes from DFW Airport.
